Health Insurance company clsoed down

My mother in law has got a health Insurance policy from a company called WINNER INSURANCS BENEFIT. It had its office in Fort Area. The latest Premium of Rs 8000 was paid in August 09. We have a receipt for the same. She was operated for Cataract in the right eye in Nov 09. When we wanted to file for claims, we found that the agent Mr Harsh Bhardwaj is not answering the phone. The office in Fort area has been closed down. Now we have come to know that they have closed down the office in Oct 09. All the persons related to this company are not reachable, or their phones are switched off.

I would like to warn others reg this company. Please advise as to how we proceed in this matte
