Non renewal of insurance Policy

Despite of chasing for last 03 days with Pandit Auto Mobile Yamuna Nagar tele no.01732-247777 and mobile no. 98960-15763 but they informed me that net work system is not working still there is same problem and policy no. 70799760 expired mid night of 13-12. Please do the needful under advise to me for renewal os the same.
