False sing and make anew policy

Sir my self Guna sindhu poyra. i have one policy in your company just few month direct credit my bank account ecs 24th of every month. this policy no is 827124439 that "s i dont know this policy is me but every month on month credited my account..this policy was froad / duplicate sing of me. i have to compaintans your company agent Mr bijon kr nandy (code -394080).he was duplicates sing and unfortuntetly i have xerox my bank ststement i was shaw last 4 month ecs credit my account. please as soon possible stop my ecs. and cancel my policy, i have a application on your kolkata brance but still now no responce on your side. please take a action hurry otherwise i have take another action to complian IRDA
