Max newyark life insurance
Policy lapse- wrong declaration

Dear sir,

I got mediclaim policy from Max newyark insurance company (Policy no 240734517), amount 5050 per annum. I have paid 5 years. In 2009 october they got the amount of my 6 th year premium. When I try to give my 7 year policy they simply told your policy was lapsed last year. They did not ready to explain the reason. After that they have return my 6 year premium. But they did not ready to return my amount or not allow to continue my policy.
