I have wrote couple of mail and follow up with max new york insurance last 20 days, poor service, no one called me even in the name of customer service and not even revert to me both Axis and Max new york not provide the valid customer service. please find the tailed of mail which i have wrote to both axis and max newyork

The policy was sourced by AXIS Bank pursaiwalkam chennai, At time of sourcing the Branch agent assure me that
1) a mention policy is very user - friendly you can stop if you want at any time, and you will get full money post lock-in period of only 2 years, for instance if you invest 40k on first year then stopped the policy you will withdrawl by 3rd year with good amount of interest benefit along with 40k,
But today when i called your phone banking agent (harizhed) who does not care about customer which is one more great experience with Max new york, i had called him to stop the auto debit for the premium for
this year, he is more interest to divert this call to branch channel and told that he need a written instruction to stop
i have asked him that what will be my withdrawal amount post lock-in period of 2 yrs for 40k, he surprised me by his answer as it would be 30% of 40K which was not told me at time of sourcing, he is ready to accept my compliant and ask me to go branch to give written compliant
Guys it is worst experience, why should you have phone banking unit where will not act anything where we need to go branch,
All i need
1) please stop the auto debit of premium for this year (II nd premium)
2) i would like to withdrawl my investment 40K without any deduction as it was a totally Mis-sell to me
