No refund after cancellation almost one month gone

I, have given request for cancellation of my policy on 15 th may in Vadapalani branch in chennai of max new york life. after repeated request in their customer care every time they are telling 21 working days more.

Is it the way this company is doing business, if i, have to take a new policy, they will move your left & right, now no body listening, just telling it will take time.

morever they are big frauds, while taking they will tell you will get incentives minimum 20% & while closing they are giving only 80 % of principal i, paid in 4 years.
