Money loss

I am a policy holder in max newyork life insurance and my receipt number is 601157290. my insurance plan is max amsure secure returns builder ULIP-increasing-simplified base risk. for the first time i have paid 20000 on 23-feb and for the second time i have paid 21000 on 23-feb and for the third time i have paid 22050. that means my total investment is 63050. i asked the current status of the policy they said that if i surrender now i will get only 45000.so i am losing my money and i am subjected to mental stress and strain.

i request you to clarify it and inform me what i have to do inorder to get atleast my invested amount.
