Dear sir.

i have a policy with Max New York Life Insurance 466046497 taken in march for annual premium of rs 20000 its Life Maker Plan since then i have made a payment of rs 25000 through credit card to the company also i have recived the recipts for the same but the company is claiming that we have recived only 20000 they are not at all answering for rs 5000 at all properly also i have called at customer care may be more then 10 times they always assure to solve the problem and do nothing till date they dont even do call back and clerify my problem also it is clearly seen in their web site that rs 25000 applied to the policy this problem created by the company has lead my policy in laps mode i want to reinstead the policy but only after the clarification.

i kindly request you to pl guide me in this regards
