MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE
Policy Papers not received

I signed up for their Life Gain Plus policy through Axis bank. The representative at Axis bank informed me that i will receive a phone call from Max New York within "couple of days" confirming my sign up. I signed up on Monday, March 19. Till date I have not received any phone calls from any of the Max New York Life Insurance representative. Upon calling the toll free number of Max New York, they claim they do not have any record of me. My account was already debited on March 20 for the policy premium payment. Today it has been 10 days since i signed up and paid for the service and still they do not have any record of their client in their database!!

I am not sure if I will ever get any policy papers from them!!
