I Dipak H Patel A & A of Max New York Life insurance Co. Ltd. is an Servicing Agent to Mr Manoj S Patel, MNYL Customer, .

Policy # 440932929

In this case he has directly sent surrender request to MNYL without my knowledge & after receiving refund Amt Cheque he contact me with question of REASON of deducting fund value. I have been aware him about Surrender Chagre on his policy. Then He request that he did not know about this charge so now he want to continue his policy. He returned that cheque with one written request to me. Same I have attached herewith because it was not accepted by MNYL so I mail it to MNYL & all related replies was attached with this mail.

I request you to fair decision on both part that Customer not suffer & MNYL take it as bound Best relationship & trust.

I want to know that is it really a RIGID RULE that it can not reviving in SUCH CASES?

Pls reply us as earliest.
