PF not credited

I was working with Max New York Life between July to Sept.

I resigned in Sept because they did not behave professionally and did not grant leave inspite of earning PL during the course of the year. Secondly my salary was not credited on the last working day of the month along with other employees and the then Managing Partner and team did not have a justification as to why there was a lapse.

I resigned on the 6th of Sept and my resignation was accepted and I was relieved on the same day as I was joining competition. Not only did they hold back my F&F they have also not processed my PF

Inspite of several reminders and calls to their HR there is no response.

There is no response to the mails sent. How can they not encash my earned leave??

Why did they hold back my salary??

Why have they not paid my reimbursements??

I need my F&F to be paid along with my reimbursements and PF??

How can they hold back my PF??

Kindly take a firm step against such fraudulant companies
