I have a policy of unit linked groth fund of max new york, premium Rs. 3750.00 Qtly

and it was sarted from 04.08.05 . and as per assurance of company agent that

policy has to be continue upto 3 years . then I will be paid a lome some about Rs.

55000.00 approx. I was defaulder first year (one priemum given) but I have paid all

12 premium one extra premium i, e total payment done to company Rs.

48750.00 within 3 years. But at present the company shows my total NAV is

Rs.37500.00, I asked agent to clerify but not satisfactory feed back, so, in this regards, I want my original deposited amount with interest immediately.
