Surrender of insurance policy

Sir, i have purchased the life insurance policy on 2004 & as per my agent if i'll surrender this policy after 5 yrs. i'll get my money in full. On 3rd march.2011 i have requested for surrender the policy at ranchi branch.

But, when i came to know that company is not refunding my amount in full which is approx 30 thousand. Again i have requsted them to hold the surrender procedure because i needed my money in full.

Sir, this is sad to say they have not responded my request & credited around 12 thousand into my HDFC account. This is my hard earned money. Hence, i am requesting you to look into this matter et earliest & do the needful.
