I have given 25000/- to MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE CO.LTD. vide receipt number 0000006348 on dated 13/03 regarding the ULIP PLAN. But till date I have not recieved any phone call and even a single latter from the company and the policy bond also. I Have given many reminder with written and with phone calls but the company people dont response. I request the company again and again that you cancel my policy and refund my money .but till date i have recieved nothing. So I request you to solve my matter
