Money discrepancy

I have taken policy of max newyork (plan max vijay) last year in 2009 in july and submitted 2, 000 in it and i was told by an agent that we will be getting our account statement after 3 months at our mailling address but didn't get it then i called to customer service # of max new york they said i will be getting statement within 10 working days again i was waiting for the same didn't get it i don't know what heppand with my money and every time i call these guys they give me nothing just new date of statement .i hope could do something about them
