Not returning money

Dear sir,

Policy Bazaar: Acknowledgement For Payment Recieved: Life Booking Reference: PBO_9766

I made a payment of Rs.12500/- to Policy bazaar for Aviva New Pension Plan. The mail received on 24th July from info@policybazaar.com, contain one clause

"Please be informed that we should receive the self attested proposal form along with the other self attested documents within 7 working days of the payment being made, failure after which the booking will automatically stand cancelled and the amount would be refunded to you in the form of a Demand Draft after deduction of 2.5%."

As on date proposal form along with other attested documents is not given to Policy bazaar, however as per clause money not returned by Policy bazaar.

Numerous mail were sent to info@policybazaar.com, however no one had reverted.

I got call from policy bazaar within 5 min of filling up details. No call received against mail sent for returning of money. Its really pathetic service.

I want my money back, after deduction of 2.5%.
