Charging more money than MRP

All the liquor shops in noida are charging reasonably high price for any of the liquor product like beer of every brand MRP 77 rupees & they are selling at 95 rupees, rum, whiskey, vodka each and every item is being sold at much higher price than the MRP rate. Whenever we ask for the reason behind the hiked price they dont have any specific answer. This is being followed since long time more than two years ago. i dont understand why this is happening in our democratic country and these stores are making fun of our democracy. this is a know fact to every citizen of Delhi NCR. Why there is no action regarding this has been ever taken. Then what is the use for government of promoting advertisement like "JAAGO GHARAHK JAAGO".
