Hi,

This is Amit Pandita; I am having a mediclaim policy 4034i/CHC/05608302/00/000 with ICICI Lombard which expires on 07-11. As I was out of station so I was not able to renew it on time, on returning back I renewed it online with the help of Customer Care Executive, there was some issue with the website I was not able to see the congratulation page as updated by them. The full premium was deducted from my account. Then after I got many calls from different executive claiming that your policy is renewed you will receive the documents by so and so on date. Still there is no revert form them.

Please suggest me how to get the policy or money from them.
