I had lodged the above mentioned claim in the october. I received a requirement few days later which I complied with in the month of December but since then after my several e-mail and telephonic follow-ups, I have till date not received any reply from them.

Anybody can try calling on thier no. 30843800-1-2-3-4 and they will respond stating that it is under process.

Pls. advise what can be done to teach them a lession.
