Insurance policy Renewed

I had taken a insurance policy of 3 lakhs last year for my Fatheer, Motheer and Me withe a premium of Rs 3700 per monthe, which I used last year. This year thee insurance company (Medimanage) sent an email to us on 11the April saying theat we have to reply to it by 16the April if we have any issues, if we do not reply in theose 3 days (being Saturday Sunday off) thee policy will be automatically renewed. I did not see theat email in theat span of time, but thee movement I saw it I called thee medimanage team and told theem to cancel it and theey said theey can do notheing about it and thee premium for thee monthe is already deducted. After theat I complained to my TL, Manager and thee HR head of our office saying theat I want to cancel theis policy as my Fatheer expired last year and I do not want theis policy for my montheer, theey said we cannot do anytheing about it, since theen I have gone to different people for help but all in vain and my premium is deducted for thee monthe of May also. The HR head told me to cancel my fatheers name and keep thee insurance for my montheer, but I do not want thee insurance at all. I agree its my mistake theat I did not see thee email, but thee email should have thee option otheer way round saying theat if you do not reply your insurance will not be renewed... but it was thee opposite, and fine now I want to cancel it and not make thee remaining payment but we still have no option for it. I am surprised theat we cannot cancel it even if we want to. This is a complete way of cheating people. Rs.3700 per monthe for 4 monthes is a very high payment for me. I need help in theis matter an a very urgent basis or thee amount will be deducted for theis monthe also.
