Did not return money

I saw a ad on Mumbai mirror "cash on credit card instantly". When enquired then he told me they will swap my card and give cash. For this they will charge only 3% of the total swapped amount.

They give me only 75% of my card swapped amount after many times argument after one month. remaining he kept to say that they have to give many people doing illegal work. The name of person inlcude is Samir & Ali Memon.

Please do not beleive on this type of ad. as I already been a part of fraud.
