Default in the cheque

Dear sir,

I have clim my p.f. & i have recieved cheque no. is 860613 State bank of india main branch New Delhi payable at my a/c no. 7822151000226 in the name of jai prakash yadav oriental bank of commerece azamgarh branch. Rs.64977=00 dated 16-4 .

The S.B.I. Azamgarh has given the remarks that the cheque already presented, when i conferm to the bank, he told me that the same no. cheque i.c. 860613 Rs. 6351.00 is cleared on 28-5 in chennai with code no. 8443n.

So let me know to whome i send cheque to get another cheque or to
