Threatening to debit money on credit card

My name is Sunil prabhakar Mulay, I am holding barclay platinum card recently issued to me, around two months ago, from Last 15 days I was getting calls from braclay bank, Mumbai phone no: 02242549400. regarding offer of insurance policy for card holder from Meta plus, I clearly told him that I am not interested, Yestreday suddenly I get call from same person that he is debiting Rs13500 on my cards without my concern, And the way he talk like people kept for recovery.

Also no paper work no confirmation from me then hoe can he debit, If money is debited I am not resposible for it, If it take place I will not pay any due and close my card.

I request you kindly do the needful to stop all this type of issues or else you will loose your customer
