My name is Arvind Maniar. I had given cheque no.057780 dated 6.11.2009 Rs.298/- for one year MINT Newspaper to your Executive Mr. Govind contact no.9004529222. Mr. Govind has given me vendor copy and subscribers copy (form No.416974) and told that coupon will be delivered after 20 days. Now todate I have not received coupon.

I have been calling so many times to Mr. Kartik – No. 9223477381 and Mr. Govind – contact no.900452922 about the coupons.

Mr. Kartik – 9223477381 has taken form no. so many times for checking the status of coupon. Whenever I spoke with Mr. Kartik he always tell me give me your form number, I will findout and call you back the status of coupons. But he neither call back nor given any status. Every time I have to call & enquire about coupon. I never expect such type of Service from your big organization.

If you are unable to issue the coupon then please return my money.
