Property tax notification not receiving

I purchase my flat in agarwal complex moraroad and i was not receiving the property tax paying notification. i applied for the same to miraroad municiple corporation, but the officers are not signing on the notification and iam not getting the notification iam following up for the same from last 6 months. we are ready to pay the tax we are ourself asking for the notification and yet we are not receiving the notification the most redicules thing that is happening.
