Cheated by MNYL staff Life Insurance

This is Sanjay Kumar Samal holding a life insurance policy with the above organisation (Life Maker Gold - Riak Element. Polixy no - 721724094) and paid premium 1007.76 per month from Dhanbad MNYL Branch. I have been cheated on alife insurance policy by the MNYL Sales reprentative Mr. Randhir Kumar Singh (policy agent) Dhanbad Branch. Mr Randhir without properly explaining the complete details of the policy, cheated me. He promiae me the complite of three yeat of the policy you got more benifit, but when i get details of the policy i was socked and cheated by the agent. And i have been totaly harrashed and rediculed with the kind of response. I went to the MNYL Office Dhanbad and narrate all the matture of the policy at there and the receptionist helps me to talk to Mr. Randhir via telephone, and he promiae me for meet and discuss about policy, but since i make call to meet him from last four (4) Months, not resulted.

There was absolutely no response on the conversation with the MNYL Office and with Mr. Randhir.

In view of above it is requeated that kindly investigate to ger thia issue resolced and get my money refounded with benifit. There seems to absolutely no response from this organisation, therefore i am seeking your help in this regardThanks and regard. My mobile no- 09973833058 / 09608581202
