NOT RECEIVING SMS ALERTS FROM BANKERS

I had asked you to restore the calls from the banks - specially the debit and credit as your person has incorrectly blocked my service to receive such sms alerts from the bankers - This so happened during September and since more than a month it has not be restored due to which I am unable to get the debit/credit alerts in my mobile which is causing mental agony - if any majore amount is debited (say by some other person without my knowledge) how I will come to know about it. Please look into it and see that I GET ALL THE BANK SMS ALERTS UCH AS DEBIT/CREDIT AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
