Cutting charges without intimation

with due respect i beg to say that my phone no. is 919601875799 runing smoothly but on 12 july, the chages for hello tune tone is deducted without my activation $ without intimation how air tel cutting the charges? Later on they cheating $giving thank to custmor after deduction. Allready i have registered for DND service.sir you are requested to do needful action $ recover my amount
