Unwanted activation of my tune

I am user of reliance smart and my mo no is 9691180013 from last 2 months reliance smart is deducting money from my balance for my tune witch i never want to use . i was activeted dnd also for to avoid such thing but reliance is adopting policy of only money from customers in wrong way. so please do necessary for my and manymore customers like me.
