Non receipt of refund

On 01 dec I APPLIED FOR MOIL IPO FOR 493 SHARES AGAINST APPLICATION NO 5 1910628 amounting to Rs. 184875/- vide cheque no. 170713 dated 01.12.10. the same was deposited at karvy panchkula/chandigarh office. I was not alooted the shares. Despite repeated mails dated 15.12.10 and subsequent reminders dated 16.12.10, . 17.12.10, 18.12.10, 23.12.10 26.12.10, 30.12.10, 31.12.10 and 01.01.11 to the registrar and regular follow up at local office chandigarh, I have not received the refund. you are requested to look into the matter and direct the registrar of the moil issue to refund the money as it is causing a big financial loss to me.
