Amount not deposited either in my Indian or US account after requesting for cancellation

I have initiated a money transfer to India through transaction number - M2A07950300 on Dec-13. Later due to personal emergency i have requested for cancellation of the transaction on 15-dec. They have asked me to send an email. I have sent an email and they put my money on hold till dec-19th without giving any reason though email/phone. I have sent several email and no reply from them. When I call customer center, they said it will take 48 hours to reply. I waited. But no reply from them. Again i sent email, they said they will reply back within 1 day. Days went by no reply from them. I called them several times later, they ask me to send seperate email with all explanation and I did it. But again there is no reply. After 15 days, they replied saying money is already converted, so you have to bear conversion loss. I told them to deposit in my indian account. So they asked me to send email again. I did it. Next day they reply asking for account number to which deposit has to be made. I send it again. After sending all the details also they haven't deposited the amount. 4 days went. I called again on 3-Jan, they said they will deposit it within EOD. They didn't do, again i called, they are again saying money will be deposited today. But they are dragging the days like anything without even following any process. I am not sure how to get back my money. NRI services are poor with icici bank and very bad. They are playing with customers money to earn a lot while converting the dollors to indian rupee.
