My money back policy no.74250918 (Srivilliputtur LIC branch/bo_74k@licindia.com) has a survival benefit due on 01/01. of Rs.12, 000.
The cheque ought to have reached me on or before 01.01.2010 at the latest. But I received the registerd post on 07.01.2010.
The covering letter with the cheque bearing the date 28/12. The cover with LIC seal bears the registered post date as on 06/01.
Oral explanations given by Sr. BranchManager not satisfactory. Shall the LIC pay 7 days int for that amout?
