Hello sir,

On july 30th friday at 10.15am i made a payment of Rs 233 for MARYADA RAMMANNA movie for AUGUST 1st in PRASADS on BOOKMYSHOW due to some technical problem after the payment is done page has been reloaded. The payment is done with an REFERENCE NO:0167842968..Money is debitted from my account but i have not received the tickets so please react to this mail immediately and see that my money is back to me as early as possible.
