E Ticket Cancel/ Refund/ID Deactiveted
Irctc Not responsing to My Mails

1) I am a RegularTraveler (Every Week) in A1 Class of Shatabadi Experss (112010) Between Mumbai & Vadodara

2) Some times I Need to Book 2 Tickets (one by (1A) 1st Class & 2nd by Regular CC class for same Day /Same Train due to Wait list Ticket in Frist Class & I also book confirm Ticket in CC Class

3) On 1st Nov.2010 my Ticket in 1A Class got Confirmed I traveled in First Class & I lodge for TDR Refund for CC class ticket, as I Can Travel only on one seat by same Train/Same Day

3) Now IRCTC (Railway is Claiming that I Have Traveled on Both Seats in 1A as well as CC Class of Same Train/same Day, &asking Me that I have made Falls Claim of Refund & Deactivated my Booking ID also,

4) Bellow are my 5 Emails Send to Them for which they are not replying & also I am unable to Book Or Cancel my Tickets on irctc Web site

5) kindly ask IRCTC to Reply Or Talk to me

2) I have to Cancel my booked ticket < booking done by me From My ID jethwanij Which you have Blocked (deactivated, hence I am unable to Cancel my tickets from My ID

3) I also Need to take Printout of My Tickets booked From My ID jethwanij

4) kindly reply to my points indicated in my Mails urgently & indicate as how I should cancel my tickets Booked from My ID jethwanij

2) As you have temporarily deactivated. my ID jethwanij, I am unable to Cancel my Tickets Which I have Booked from My ID jethwanij, hence immidate actions are required to reactivate my ID so as I can Modify/Cancel/ My already booked tickets for May/June

3) You are also requested to read the Content of My Mail dated 29th April & reply which is appearing Below this My mail

4) If I do not Receive your proper reply in next 2 days, than I will Approach to Consumer court with This complain

1) It looks you are not reading the content of my mail properly, I am reapting Below My Mail Dated 28th Feb. Kindly read it Properly, & then inform as How one Person can Occupy 2 Seats in Same Train & Same Day, If you are still in position to argu & Give wrong Judgment after reading my mail then You must also inform Me Who have Travelled On PRN no8403920711 inA1 Class of Same Day & Same Date & same Train? & Ticket Booked from Same ID jethwanij in Name of Jaidev Jethwani

(My Mail dated 28th Feb.2011)

Offensively one person can not Travel on two seats of same Train & Same Date & Booked from Same ID

2) Kindly check that I have Traveled on 1st Nov.2010 from Mumbai to Vadodara in A1 Class on PNR No 8403920711 & not in CC CLASS with PNR No 8535126762 if your Train TC Alot the seat to some one else, Is Not my falt, Kindly check & Refund the ticket amount

3) I Normally Book my ticket atleast one month in Advancs for A1 Class by Shatabdi Express Train No 12009 & 1 at present also I have Booked 8 Tickets for the Month of May in A1 Class starting from 3rd May till 31st May from same ID jethwanij

3) If you Deactivate MY" jethwanij" ID then how do i Cancell or Book My tickets For my further journey for the Month of June?

4) Kindly reply urgenty as I need to Change/Cancell/ Rebook my bookings of certain Dates
