I was using abn amro credt card almost 10 years back, one i have seen thatthere was a emi amount of rs 2843 charged from my card, nest month it also happened i asked the bank about this they said i had demand a draft agaist loan for rs 17000 which i have not taken i told about that & they realise that i was right, they told about me pay the bill amount after deducting the two installemnt of that amount and they also reverse the file charges, but after some times they start calling me that i have to pay this amount and also add the finanace charges, they were calling me 10 times in a day, they had visited my place and try to blackmail me and threnting me that calling from patiala house come and settle account otherwise we are going to seize your home and all this stupid thing, now i feel why are trying to prove me as defaulter, actually they are cheater, i think i have to take them in court and file alegal case of mental harresement against them and i want my money back which i had paid them i have all proofs of that with the refrence no and name of call centre persons
