Imposed un-necessary dues

Dear sir/madam,

Please refer my below mail. Even these charges are not concern with me then also after 10 complaints (in 3 months time) to ABN-Amro they have not deleted the charges. But they commit every time when I call on customer care that it is being settled in 3-4 days time.

Please help on this issue please.

Dear sir/madam,

Please refer to my credit card no 5415382328886353.By your bank, some charges had been imposed on my card on dt 10.10.09 for Rs 5849.65. For which I had not taken any policy / plan then also it happened.

Major complaint is this that after so many complaints from 27.10.09

(refer complaint no 09102701698, 220654296 dtd 27.10.09) & today's 10 th complaint- 09121100361, 09120800740 dtd 11.12.09.

Till date it has not been deleted.

Please co-operate to maintian my believe in your reputed bank. Even you see my last 2 years payment receord when it was applicable I was never fail to pay in 24 months.
