Refund of Money

Dear Sir,

I am a member your concern and had invested in Margadarsi Chits (Karnataka) Pvt Ltd (Rajajinagar Branch) in the month of August I paid Rs 50, 000/- for a 25 lakh & 45, 000/- For 3 chits of 2 lakh & 10 lakh of myself and my brother M.S. Deepak, 2 lakh chit LT011B & 10 lakh chits LT008X BN-36 & LT008X BN-42 started very next month and it is continued till date but 25 lakh chit did not start for 5 months because the remaining members seats were not yet filled. When it did not start I told your old manager to cancel it and he even agreed to it but he got transferred to other branch and the new manager is not responding instead they have sent me a letter that I will not get refund I am not getting any help from there Margadarsi Chits (Karnataka) Pvt Ltd Organisation in Rajajinagar. So please help me to get my refund at the earliest.

I hope i will get equal justice in there regards.
