Refund of Ticket amount

I am booking a ticket of (PUNE) Pune to (JLG) Jalgaon night express (time 18:31 Pm) bus Ticket no 14 (G)

Travel Date-03/11 & Booking Date-30/10.

i have allocate this ticket & make payment by SBI ATM Cum Debit Card (Card No- 6220180461800216099) Payment is done with PR no 030283974610 But My Ticket is not Generate & also not sent on my mail id & my msrtc acount (manishzope). After that i am check same ticket avaibalality the ticket is available. So please Refund my Ticket Amount 354Rs.
