Wrong balance deduction of mts datacard

Hello sir/maim

i am vikram singh rajpurohit.and my mts datacard mdn number is 9667985963.and yesterday placed a complained from mts customer care and that time agent have told me it will be resolved widin 10 hours .and your balance will be refunded to you.but havn't got it yet .so i have called again at mts customer care and complained number is 30038 after that i havn't got my laps balance .so do needful about it and revert my wrong deducted balance bcz of this i am loosing my validity period so i want the validity of this recharge.
