How to view and manage my mutual funds

Dear sir, Madam,

I had invested in different mutual funds in different companies through an agent who looked after everything. Now I am away from that place and I am not able to keep in touch with the agent. I would like to keep a tract of all my funds. I have all the folio numbers. Please help me how i can go about. My date of birth is 10-04-1969.
