N70 mobile of NOKIA
Off line (network not working)

I have given the mobile for repair at Nokia Service Centre Gariahat Branch Kolkata of Nokia Care, as network is not working in the mobile but they returned it and told that 'it cannot repair in this service centre' and when I requested them to send it to their company for repair but they refuged. When I wanted to submit complain letter but the manger of the service centre did not accept the complain letter then I droped it in the complaint box at there on 09-01 but there is no reply in this regard is received till date.
