Nokia care centre

Hello sir i Amarjeet Singh from amloh. Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib. Punjab.. I brought a new nokia set model N97... 7 month r not complete it was not work propally then i sent it t0 nokia care centre..in khanna . after then one person who is working in nokia care centre which are placed in khanna. he told me i donot know about warranty.. if u want to repair ur set then u give me 1800.after all this when we took our set.. the conduction of our set is too bad for once condustion.we dun know how did it happen..they didnt give any answer for our question then i told to him..give me written what is the problem in my set.. i didnot give and told to us i cant give u. we took decision to change the centre..then i sent it to other centre in ludhiana.. there is manager told to us ..it will repair in 4000, it to big amount for us... nw u tell.. what will we do ..send me any answer in written by post or by the phone with in week..otherwise i will take hard decision against to all..will go for connect with your company by through court... address- amarjit singh.hous no 147. w-no 5, amloh, distt fatehgarh sahib.punjab.pin code.147203
