Parking at Sanjay Place, Agra

Dear Sir/Madam,

It’s Amit Jain from Agra. My concern is to know about the parking charges at various blocks of Sanjay Place, Agra. As per my knowledge through news paper, there has not been any contract given to any person / company to run parking at Sanjay Place, but it is happening at almost all the blocks of Sanjay Place. No sign boards are placed displaying charges regarding parking, they do not carry any document regarding the contract and the receipt they issue does not carry any registration No. and misbehave with people.

I wish to know weather it is legal or not. If it is illegal then why any initiative not been taken by either Agra Nagar Nigam or the police?
