Dear IRCTC athorities, I had booked Tatkal tkt on 19.12.2011 frm TNA TO NGP. However tkt amt deducted twice frm my SBI acctt on the same day amounting Rs 413/- n Rs.413/-

2] Transaction ID 0431502443 PNR -NIL-

Pl look in the matter n refund the amtt at the earliest.
