Photo ID Cards not sent

Like the last year (10), for which we were not issued the Photo ID Cards I think the Star people will not issue us the same this year also (beside constant complains through phones, mails, etc to both Head office and Branch office and also via verbal discussion with Branch Manager... Pankaj Durga). We have no faith in Star whether they will take any pain in giving any sort of insurance when in need... TOTALLY THUMS DOWN. Thanks to IRDA that they are coming with a policy for customers as they can change their service provider (like in mobile phone industry). Till then we have forcibly bear up with Star otherwise they are only good for remembering their customers about next years premium when the date comes. Every time the new man comes (who is only good for collecting your premium cheque, mind you here also the cheque is presented in your bank the very next day but the things you demand never comes in your way the whole year) to your house with lots of false commitments. Each year the story repeats. I know I am wasting my time here as nothing is going to change nor my complaint will give any fruitful result; just one phone will come and he will say that I am going to look the matter personally and after that nobody cares.
