Misbehaivour, not proper working & Charging etc money

Dear Sir / Madam

I am Nitin Grover from Gurgaon and i have compalint against National Insurance Company, Gurgaon Branch at New Railway Road.

Complaint is for Misbehaving, Charging Extra Mney from me and wasting my time. Even i have already written mail to administration level of the same company as on July 02 (Two Times) with time interval but till now no response is given to me and no solution is provided.

Please See this matter and provide solution why they do this? Please also see mail which i have already written to them (to chairman and other higher authorities) but they are like sleeping no response.

Please you do something.
