Dear Sir,

I have a Bike insurance in national insurance company ltd. and my policy no. is (35070131096201090692). My bike stolen on 1st october. i was complaint in Police station and i have receive FIR Report after three months when policeman not found that bike then they given me Final Report. On base of Final report i was submitted all bike documents within time to time. I was subbmitted all documents in January. But Till date i donot receive my claim. Please Settle my claim as soon as possible earliest.
