NATIONAL INSURANCE/HEALTH INSURANCE
CANNOT GET HEALTH INSURANCE CLAIM

I have taken National health insurance it is cashless facility.

I am injured in a accident after it I went for knee operation but they did

not finance me.

After operation i submit hospital document to National insurance in month of

April they told me claim is under investigation till date i have not any

information from there side. Many times i call them but they reply investigation process is going on.

It is really a frustrating situation for me because i have taken money from my relative for opration. I will appreciate your suggestion regarding how consumer complaints will help me in this situation and what steps I have to take for it.

I decided i will surly fight for it because it is a serious corruption spread all over India. Insurance Company only take your money and when you need them they never help you.
