National Insurance Mediclaim
Insurance Certifiacte not received

Hello Sir,

I have taken mediclaim policy for my mother.

All the routine medical checkup suggested by Insurance agent has been done and proof of the same has been submitted to Insurance Company via Agent Mr. Prakash Kulkarni.

My mediclaim policy no. is 271000/48/10/8500000668.

I have taken this policy on 13 Aug but till today i have not received any policy documents from the company.

I tried to reach agent but he is also not attending my call.

I am really cluless about how to resove this issue.

Please look into this.
