Not Getting Mediclaim After one Month

Not getting Hospitalization claim

Respected sir/madam,

My National Insurance company Medical policy no. is- 154400/46/8500002704 of Karvy Stock Broking Ltd. And i Submit Delevery claim of My Wife ANU MISHRA (UHID no- FHKN.0001326404) with All the Document & Hospital Discharge bill to Family Health plan Limited- Hyderabad on 20/1202010 but still after one month i not get my claim Amount. I Admit my Wife in Non Network Hospital & pay All the Bills. it is around 24, 000/- An I pay all amount. Please Informe me About my claim & send it to me.
